Plank To Jump Squat
This was a very good beginners workout and a good introduction to some core basic moves. Would definitely recommend for anyone just getting started, or needing low impact. I appreciate and am motivated by the pleasant color scheme, the timers, the predictability of the circuits, and the positive, fun energy.

This video destroyed me with the burpees as my Bluetooth headset died and I had to have my phone in my bra so I got karate chopped in my neck every time I jumped up. Great workout despite my own technical problems. Loved the workout but man….can we lay off the ads a little bit pop sugar?
Donkey Kicks Challenge
Can you repost video with the same music you used in 20 minute workout routine. It would be great to hear such music and workout. If possible can you can in some motivating music in the video which gives extra boost for workout.

minute Fat-Burning Interval Workout (NO equipment!)
OMG this format is insane, sweaty mess oh yes! I thought I was going to die, but I made it to the end. I don’t know which is worse X3 format or 3 circuits! It’s up for debate, but thank you for the sweat sesh.

But I’ll finish properly it one day. Ditch the barbell and pick up a pair of dumbbells. Lots of guys tend typically try to get with two pairs of dumbbells—say, a pair of 35s and a pair of 50s. Inevitably, though, dumbbells won’t work for everything. And before you know it, there’s a rack of dumbbells in the room or on the floor. Go for the adjustable dumbbells; they can be found barely-used on Craigslist and elsewhere.
Your words are as therapeutic as the exercises themselves. It is not often I often I find exercise videos online that invite one to surrender to discomfort in such a friendly way; simple instructions but they go to the heart. Counting backwards is discouraging. 1,2,3,4,5 Just how I feel from doing this work out. The backwards counting stopped my concentration and the constant yakking was distracting. During the figure 8 curl I kept hitting my leg and even dropped my dumbbell.
I would have liked to see more arm work, but as far as legs and and go this workout was fantastic. This workout focuses on building strength in your lower body, increasing mobility, and finishes each round with a core circuit you’ll love to hate.. With the COVID pandemic, my gym closed, target ran out of dumb bells, I was panicking about how to work out and found this program. Never thought a no weight exercise would give me such a burn. Thank you for such an awesome workout, I loved it and will repeat whenever I need a good dose of chest and back strength.

@Bullyjuice I am doing your 20 minute workout routine for past one week. The video and audio complement each other. However, the music in your 30 minute workout is not complementing the video.

No break b/w rounds, 20 sec rest throughout. Also the best workout for lower body especially thighs. HASfit makes no warrants, promises, or claims regarding accuracy of the calories burned estimate.
